SUMMER CAMPS - 2012

Hippity Hop/Jazz Camp
For 2nd thru 5th graders

Session 1:   June 11-15
Session 2:   July 30-August 3
3 pm-5 pm
For students ages 6-10, these camps are designed to combine age and level-appropriate dance education with a creative summer experience. By focusing on different themes, students have the opportunity to review their skills, be introduced to new techniques, and learn engaging choreography. On the final day of camp, the Students present a dance in front of family and friends. Craft and Snack is included.

Tuition: $150 per session or $200 for both (no deposit if paid in full)
Class limited to 10.

OFF BROADWAY KIDS
Musical Theatre Competition Troupe 2012-2013

Disney's"THE LITTLE MERMAID"

Directed by Christian Mayer, the "OBD Kids" is our award-winning musical theatre competition troupe designed for serious "triple threat" performers who live and breathe the theatre. Each year a small cast of performers are chosen to be members of the Troupe. The Troupe competes in the Junior Theatre Festival, as well as the National Performing Arts Festival in Orlando. Want a jump-start on Troupe auditions?
This year we will be ramping up requirements for our Troupe members, putting an even greater emphasis on DANCE. To get you prepared we will be offering a one-week camp for prospective OBD Kids.

OBD KIDS DANCE REQUIREMENT CAMP
Taught by Ms. Annie Power, a former OBD Kid member, this 2-hour nightly camp will improve your dance skills and make sure you are ready for the big audition by familiarizing you with our required steps!
JULY 16-20, 2012: 4 pm - 6 pm; tuition $150

ACTING INTENSIVE WITH MR. CHRIS
(Immediately following the dance camp)
Taught by troupe founder and director Mr. Christian Mayer, this camp will help with your acting and improv skills and get you prepared for the August Troupe auditions.
JULY 16-20, 2012: 6 pm - 7 pm; tuition $150
