Off Broadway would like to send a warm welcome to our newest faculty members: Matt Trask (private guitar lessons) and Rebecca Silvey (Stage Kids, Jr.). We are so glad to have you both as part of the Off Broadway family!

We've received a lot of positive feedback on the new OBD uniforms and still have some tees and tanks available should you need some extras to make it through the week. If you need a specific size we'll be happy to order them for you.

PARENTS' NIGHT OUT - AN OBD KIDS FUNDRAISER
Enjoy a Date Night while contributing to a great cause!

Bring your children to Off Broadway for a night of FUN - while you and your spouse enjoy an evening to yourselves!!

It's also a perfect time to get some holiday shopping done!

Your children will enjoy charades, dancing, sing-alongs, and playing dress-up with members of the OBD Kids ... all under the supervision of the OBD Kids' parents.

(We do ask that all kids are potty trained.)

A donation of $20 per child is requested for the 4 hours of fun. Reservations are required so that we can properly arrange the number of chaperones for the evenings.

Because this is a fundraiser we ask that you do your best not to cancel once reservations have been made - or that you contact us so that we may fill your spot.

The Off Broadway Kids Musical Theatre Troupe is well on their way to developing a terrific competition piece for their entry in the National Performing Arts Festival in Orlando. Your donation to Parents' Night Out will go towards the funds needed for the trip.

THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE

Tickets are Now on Sale to the Off Broadway Children's Theatre's musical production of "Thoroughly Modern Millie."

Taking place in New York City in 1922, Thoroughly Modern Millie tells the story of young Millie Dillmount, who has just moved to the city in search of a new life for herself. It's a New York full of intrigue and jazz - a time when women were entering the workforce and the rules of love and social behavior were changing forever.

Based on the popular movie starring Julie Andrews and Mary Tyler Moore, the stage version includes a score of songs and bright dance numbers.

Filled with frisky flappers, dashing leading men and a dragon-lady of a villainess that audiences will love to hate, Thoroughly Modern Millie is a perfectly constructed evening of madcap merriment!

TEEN CLASSES - Ages 13 - 18
It's a teen oasis on Saturdays at OBD, with great opportunities in dance, theatre, improv, acting and voice!

Saturdays at OBD is the perfect teen getaway! We've got a variety of back-to-back classes in dance, theatre, show choir, improv, and acting ... all for TEENS only:

TEEN GLEE SHOW CHOIR - Saturdays, 11 am - Noon
Directed by Ike Webster, teens will have a blast releasing their inner rock stars as they sing and dance to popular tunes. The kids currently enrolled swear it's the best class ever!!

--  No auditions required
--  Low commitment expectations, but still offers outside performance opportunities!

TEEN BASIC JAZZ - Saturdays, 11 - Noon:  This is a great class for teens wishing to get started in dance or revisit their dance years from long ago. Students will work on jazz techniques in a fun, no pressure environment.

TEEN FILM AND TV - Saturday, Noon - 1 pm:  Taught by actress Kat Slattery, teens will learn the entire scope of the film industry; from writing, producing, and editing, to starring in their own film project!

MOVEMENT FOR THEATRE - Saturdays, Noon - 1 pm:  This class is a terrific companion class to Teen Glee held right before it. By using choreography, improv and scene study, actors will develop characters and take these skills to the next level.

PRIVATE VOICE | PIANO | GUITAR:  Off Broadway offers a wonderful chance for Teens to learn a new skill or build upon ones they may have started in the past. These private lessons are available in 30 minute blocks. Please contact the studio for lesson availability.

JUNIOR GLEE/MUSIC CLASS (Ages 5 - 8) Mondays 3 - 4: There are still a few spots left in our new JUNIOR GLEE MUSIC CLASS. Kids ages 5 - 8 will be introduced to music theory, explore different styles of music, and learn performance routines much like their favorite showchoir stars!
